The Subaru Impreza is a compact automobile, manufactured since 1992 by Subaru. It was introduced as a replacement for the Leone. Now in its fourth generation, Subaru has offered four-door sedan and five-door hatchback body variants since 1992; the firm also offered a coupe from 1995 for the first generation only.
The Impreza, like many Subaru-built cars, was equipped with a flat engine, a distinguishing Subaru characteristic. Initial engine choices included 1.6 L, 1.8 L and 2.0 L naturally aspirated engines.
Subaru decided to continue using the boxer engine for the impreza, as they had been using this engine type on previous cars for many years.
Vehicle Bright applied a black wrap to the bonnet, to change it's colour to match the other graphics already applied to the car.
